"It is said to be the world's most beautiful pokémon and is depicted in many works of art. It is also said that when people bicker, that Milotic will arise from its lake home to becalm feuding hearts."

Simple background is simple I know but, don't want to detract attention from Milotic itself. I really felt like drawing a water pokémon since on the 20th I am going to be going on a boat with my aunt. I never drew Milotic before so I felt that it was the perfect candidate. I like how it turned out although, I would have liked to do more with the background but again, I did not want to detract attention from Milotic itself.
